Mission
Lighter for Life Rx, was launched in late 2023, when Dr. Diana Kane, retired from an over 30-year career as an Emergency Medicine physician for PennMedicine. Our mission is to help people regain their health through weight loss, hormone optimization and IV therapy and nutrition. We offer in person and telemedicine appointments.
DR. KANE
As a lifelong resident of Chester County, Dr. Kane started her medical career as a nurse’s aide, then became a nurse at Chester County Hospital. With lots of encouragement from the hospital’s doctors she began her studies to become a doctor. She graduated from Temple Medical School and upon completion of her residency returned to Chester County Hospital. She served the residents of our community for over 40 years and upon retirement wanted to continue to help them. Her vision to enhance the wellness of her community brought about the idea of Lighter for Life Rx. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, 3 dogs and 5 pygmy goats and cheer for her beloved Eagles.
Nurse Kate, BSN, RN
Nurse Kate has been a nurse for over 25 years with experience in labor and delivery, the operating room and weight loss.
Amy, Front Desk Manager
Amy moved to Southern Chester County with her husband 13 years ago to raise their three children and three dogs. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and speaks French.
